So in the video linked below you can see that we had an NCA patrol unit nearby the Apple Field in Kavala, whilst the NCA patrol was running I was called out of PD as my game just crashed and to come and continue the RP we were trying to have with The Cats. They were pursuing 2 trucks owned by Ascension and were shooting at these trucks without initiation (RDM'ing the trucks into Kavala). Eventually what happened is the HummingBird The Cats were in was flying around and dropping off snipers in all sorts of locations so I decided to go up to one of the men dropped off by the helicopter and try to arrest him. 3 emerged from nowhere so I was very calm and trying to be as peaceful as possible as we knew these guys just shot at people and could possibly shoot at us. So 1 of the men ran off as I was talking to the 2 and then I initiated saying that if they didn't want to put their hands up that I would have to taze them. I eventually tazed them both as they were stalling and buying time for their friends to start setting up or start shooting. I restrained both the occupants and then hearing from behind me "Hands up or you will die, hands up or you will die!" I hot mic this to the rest of the patrol unit so they could hear I was being robbed. Then I was trying to comply but putting my gun on my back not facing the man and trying to put my hands where I was shot dead. Because of this I went into Team Speak and had a bit of a chat with The Cats and then the second video is of me in their TeamSpeak channel talking to them. It shows here that you admitted to not knowing the server rules and you have only been playing here for 1 week. I talked to the members and the gang leader specifically and reinforcing the point that they NEED to read the server rules no matter if a report is being filed or not as everyone who wants to have fun must know and accept the rules that have been engraved. TikTak Staff Level 2 was on scene at the time and also had a word with The Cats because of what they did and he could have an input if needed into this report. The same with Ascension as I went into their Team Speak channel and they claimed that The Cats (In the hummingbird) RDM'ed them without saying anything verbally. I am not very happy to file this but I feel it is the most necessary thing to do due to the fact that Walter has specifically not been here for long and has not put any time or effort into attempting to read the rules. I feel that no matter if action is taken here or not, you need to learn a lesson from this and make sure that your gang members read and accept the rules of this community as this is not the same as the ones that you have probably played in the past. I can accept the fact that this is your 1st day in the community but it is not good enough and I personally think that a very higher standard of roleplay is needed in this type of situation. During the resolution in TeamSpeak that you can hear in the second video you can also see that they were "Trying to speed things up" by saying "Hands up or your dead" and like I said, I don't want an excuse, I want why you did it which you answered and so you to learn and develop in a positive way and I feel this is the necessary thing to do.
Also for my second recording of us in TeamSpeak when I tab out I misses some of the recordings but I can't really fix it?
