Short story I asked a hobo to walk towards a helicopter (it was his but we didn't know as he admitted to it later on, my buddy Mr.Bear was lock picking it). So we march together (me and the hobo(Mickey Dee) to the helicopter where he admits to it. So I asked him for the keys, I did not pose a threat as I never verbually threatened his life as I only asked for the keys and he said no. Then after that moment we start taking fire and we end up dying without initiation. We tried to resolve it with Mickey Dee the guy I asked for the keys and his buddy came onto teamspeak but Samat banned his buddy off teamspeak that RDM'd us. We didn't get anywhere with Mickey Dee on resolving this situation so we spoke to Samatlewis and he told us to proceed and go to the forums.

Mickey I'm not really gonna try resovling this with you as we tried on teamspeak and where you admitted to that I never verbally threated your life where @MrBEAR and @Samatlewissheard it. Where you were saying there was initiation when you lock pick someone vehicles is. I'll leave this up to the admins.

One last thing to add I never really had the gun pointed at you. You can clearly see that in the video

Okey thanks for admitting to that there was no initiation and taking action before even the actual robbing happening but we never got to that stage. I'm not gonna be speaking anymore. 

P.S thats the thing, you have to make a verbal threat AKA initiation.
