Me and my friend: Dragn were transporting some drugs (processed Heroin) from our house in Kore to the drug dealer in Kavala. We were having some fun driving 190km/h on the main road while shouting "OMG" quite a lot just for the banter, then we crashed our Offroad and "died". Me and my friend was shouting for help when vehicles passed us, when Mike and Wade came. They came and told us they had a stretcher, but could only drag one of us to Kavala. They also told us that they called the medics who say said couldn't help. Wade asked if I believed in Gaben (which is kind of bad RP or?), well I answered "yes, of course". He asked me if I could ask Gaben for some discounts and I answered "of course", then some chat before he pulled out his handgun and shot me and my friend in the face.

We lost 149 625£ each worth of processed heroin (21 heroin, a full inventory if you have all the backpack upgrades), we also had a Rook-40 each (idk 15k or so and some basic backpacks and stuff). Thank you for your help.

First of all let me say that me and my friend are roleplaying something called JahovasWitness, but since its a game we are doing GabenSalesWitness (even our gang was called "Gaben is the only God"). We didnt come to this server to be boring casual roleplayers, we came to be something bigger, something else (im pretty sure everyone is doing that to get away from boring Real Life). So when we asked "If u meet Gaben, can you ask for sales?" u said " yes of course, i will ask for huge discounts". Other players i tried this out on answered "no" cause they understood that to meet God you need to die first. Those players were left alone or driven to the hospital. Plus, at the start of our meeting i said we will take you to the hospital, but since you chose to meet Gaben and ask him for sales i helped u out with that.

We talked on TS3 and i told you since u didnt like the RP it doesnt mean it was bad RP.

I did some digging and research about "da rules" and found out that we actually didnt break any rules, except for releasing them from the horrible thing called "living" without any "direct" explaining that we  were about to kill them. Yes, my and Mikes RP still needs improvement on that, and dont worry we are already working on it, but the fact that @Cowex was exploiting to get the loot  in his house through the wall is really conserning me, but since it looks like "he just found out that he can do that and lets hope its his first and last time doing that", lets just drop and forget this report like it never happened and close this case so we can go back and enjoy the game. None of us wants this disagremment of ours to get bigger and worse. After all we both have Norwegian blood flowing in us, mate. 

(2.4) Using any exploits such as... transferring / processing items through walls and windows. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal.

@Stuart, I looked at the footage once more. I didn't know that accessing the inventory of the house from the outside was exploiting, and for that I am terribly sorry. But why can you access the inventory from anywhere around the house? And I did this because I didn't know it was classed as exploiting and it is faster than to go inside the house. Have you further reviewed the case?

That is where you are wrong @Thoki. I did not directly say I wanted to meet Gaben, I said "if I would meet him, THEN, yes I could ask for discounts." It is also bad RP for you to expect us to know that you are some kind of Jahovas Witness when you have to understand that we can't know RP-wise the name of your gang.

I have indeed reviewed the video in full, the only reason I didn't give the outcome right away is due to awaiting your response to the exploiting, as I have the answer I will post my conclusion on this report.

Let's start off with the exploiting. As per the rule (2.4) Transferring items through a wall is classed under exploiting, I would suggest reading the rules again as this at times can be missed if not read fully. Now I do understand people sometimes forget (Heat of the moment) but it's in the rules for a reason. Now punishment for breaking this rule is a permanent ban without appeal. I don't feel a ban is needed this time however this will put you on a Final warning. This is a serious rule and I hope you can understand why I went with a warning for yourself @Cowex.

So looking into the next part against @Thoki (aka Wade). Now after you crash your car Wade comes up and does offer some roleplay with you. Now within his roleplay he stated "If u meet Gaben, can you ask for sales?" Now this could of been made clearer to show his intentions were to send you to the afterlife. He does try and make an effort to roleplay however i don't think it was the kind of roleplay you expected as a player, also this isn't the worst roleplay either.

Overall no action will be taken upon Wade as how he roleplayed wouldn't fall under Fail RP however @Thoki please make sure in future you are clear with others on what will happen as i think this is what caused this report.
