What best describes this incident ?: No initiation when flying heli shot at and was not in a kos zone

Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and my friend were just flying our heli when we were shot apon with no initiation we then landed to only receive more shot to our heli and selfs to which when we called posiden and tried to advance ourselves we were hunted and killied including a posiden member. I feel like this has had a negative effect on my view of the server and has now made it frustrating and unplayable as we are hunted at any location. not fun
