Attached is a video of the incident, I explain the context and footage below. The following events occured at approximately 23:08 pm.

My friend was driving my truck to my location within Athira as I had lent him the keys. There's was alot of gunshots while I was collecting equipment and buying my basic mining gear and many people were shot by a gang running around the town. My friend had been killed and when I approached my truck I noticed Vladmir and his counterpart looting the bodies of people they had killed. They appeared to pay no attention to me and I saw other civilians walking around so figured it was safe. Vladmir and his friend then approached me and told me to put my hands up, after being robbed by many of the other gangs also raiding the town I replied with a tired response and let them rob me. They took what little money I had then turned and walked away, then they turned around and told me I had to leave and if they saw me there again they would shoot me. Considering I was inside the center of Athira (a spawning town) I figured this was a rather ridiculous initiation, I responded simply to inform them that this was a public area with the intention to explain it was a public town and I had to buy equipment and such before I move along. Vladmir then walked up to me and shot me in the head at point blank execution style.

Vladmir is masked throughout the video but you can clearly see he is the one who shot me in the head through the kill message. I was later told I should have started a dialogue in OOC with him over the issue, but since I was scolded earlier that day for discussing a random and mentioning my evidence I thought I shouldn't. When the admin I consulted over the issue told me this I couldn't find him on TS or in game. I hold nothing against the player as I bearly know him, this is my only encounter with him. But after a day of seeing the sort of carnage this type of player raises and the detriment it causes to real RP I think it's only right I present my evidence.

I mean this kid told you that you have to run or he will kill you.

There's man with a gun pointed straight at your head says that you have to go, what do you do?

I didn't play 3 months so maybe something changed in the rules about this.

He doesn't say 'run or I'll shoot you', he says if I see you here again I'll shoot you and I'm already present at the time of the threat. If after I explained that this is a public area people spawn in he decided he wanted to shoot me he should have explictly told me to leave or I'll shoot you after which I would have obviously left. Instead of risking me following orders he decided he would rather add another notch to the killstreak he was on. Note my hands are also up the entire time.

The man clearly said "I dont want to see you here again or I will kill you". You didnt run and instead replies "This is a public area", showing no intetion of leaving. He then shot you. I dont see anything wrong with that.
