We had stan the man hostage, i have my sniper take warning shots near his feet so he knows that if he moves he will die,then i get in my truck to leave. A pcso vlad (with no tags infrontof his name) proceded to walk towards me and the hostage (stan the man) and when i got out the car, and even though i hada sniper on the hostage, procceded to shoot me. After i kill pcso vlad i go back to the srgt stan the man and tell him to call of his team mates as i move the hemit box for cover, even though he knows theres a sniper on him he proceeds to get in the car ( through the passanger door. Not even the driver.) and drive off.

From watching Stan:

His RPing was fine, he did nothing wrong in his decisions he made himself. He took the opportunity to escape, as you neglect the chance to either restrain or put him in a position where he had no chance to escape.  

You should have used common sense here in this situation, and disabled his vehicle from the start. There are no rules on which side of a vehicle you have to get in, for you to escape. 

By watching Vlad:

Hes a new cop on the force and still learning the basics on how to handles situations like this.

I expect more common sense here to be used from VLAD, and more training is required by Academy to improve his ability to become a better cop.

Theres time that will be needed to improve a pcso, everyone makes mistakes and learns by there mistakes.

There had to be lack of communications here during this hostage crisis, that made VLAD charge out with his taser gun.
