I was dealing with a hit and run incident and this guy (Victor) came up to me and asked this question.

Firstly, why have you left it this long to report as i may just deny off that alone, secondly did he say anything else and did you try to communicate with him there after vid as its not very long

On 1st question i waited this long because I am busy. I have work to do and had to edit video because it was a hour long. On the second question I did want to talk to him but he was not on Teamspeak and I did not have a chance to speak to him for he was sent to prison by another police officer while I was busy with the person in restrains. As far as I know he logged off shortly there after and I have not had the chance to speak to him again.
