I respawned at NPAS, just ran around for a minute and started gearing up. I saw a guy on quad bike driving into NPAS, getting of his ride and holstering his weapon.
Two seconds later he came to PC Finley, took out his weapon and started shooting. After taking him down and us being able to do a thing he executed him without any RP or any initiation prior to his shooting [in a blue zone]. As I had no magazines I started shouting to drop his weapon, approached him and knocked him out while he was reloading, as I knew I would end up dead myself. I've sent a admin request while having in restrains. After that he started breaking RP, however any further conversation was not possible as he has disconnected [got kicked] of the game. I wasn't able to find him on teamspeak. I would offer a longer video, however I usually start recording once I leave blue zone , so I was only able to capture the final execution. All other officers there can testify my words.
