Please (in detail) describe the incident
I was near the Government Controlled Zone (Green Zone) and I was about to con someone out of some cash to make a quick buck. A guy by the name of "User" decides to come over and pull a weapon out on me. I had stated that if he does not lower his weapon he will be shot. I had requested that he lowered his weapon and if he did not I would shoot him. He failed to meet my demands after multiple warnings and that of course resulted in me shooting him. As you can see in the recording he starts to break RP towards the end of the situation.
