I was driving and these ppl by the side of the road started to talk to me and I accidentally ran over a guy so I had to go out and say sorry while I had a guy in my car that jumped out at the same time and when I got out I just got randomly shot and then he drove of.

I heard shouting "Get out! Get out! Get out!", but I did not hear anything about violence being used, nor did I see a gun until after you had, indeed, gotten out of the vehicle. If that was them, then you were compliant with instructions. If not, then it still doesn't really add up to being able to shoot!

There was completely insufficient evidence here to warrant lethal action being taken against another player. I believe that "ur4s26" just wanted to take the police car, and decided that he was going to do it however he wanted.
