Please (in detail) describe the incident
as the server is near restart i decided to just do some rp in kavala square, then i see this crash ahead and i go to check it out. then i see the quad is left unlocked. being that it was not a GZ i took it to ride about on. Then as im driving away you can see Vladimir flips the sports hatch back effectivly blowing it up. then he comes over and does the same to me. However i do not know if it was the fact he flipped me that blew me up because it was a little while after, or because i moved on the bridge. He could have also flipped me a second time as i was about to move. I am happy to take down this report if the admins feel as it was not his fault. i just want to be sure. Also if you look at the OOC at the end of the video, you can see people saying that he is flipping vehicles.
