Please (in detail) describe the incident: At the moment, Ballas & Cutlass have a disagreement/beef with a few certain things.

Id like to add, both gangs have no agreements (on sight shooting) with each other, not even a conversation about the situation.

Ballas were actively looking around the city to find cutlass members to talk to regarding said situation in game.

I was then met with a pack of cutlass who decided to shoot without any words spoken or initiation.

I would understand if there was roleplay before hand but there was nothing and this was just random.

Unfortunately without a session ID in this instance, there is no way of identifying this shooting player.

Also, For future cases please provide a clip 3-5 minutes prior to the alleged rule break.
