Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was running over to AE as I had just told someone I was going there. Didn't have a car parked nearby so i decided i was going to take some local or run but before i could catch the local I wanted I was ran over by someone in a hospital gown driving a sultan. They didn't stop and just kept going. I asked them to QE but no-one showed after waiting about 5 minutes.

Evening, 

The clip here shows you running on a main road and past a junction leading to Strawberry petrol station. The reported player is seen turning into the petrol station and stopping when at the pumps/shop. It is tough to tell if this was intentional or a pure accident and from looking at the reported player who is suffering from some latency issues it can be viewed that he may not have even seen you in the first place and not noticed he has hit you. This will not constitute a ban however the reported player is now flagged to the staff team who will be aware should further incidents occur with the same player.
