Please (in detail) describe the incident: was driving a vehicle to get back to civil impound and as i rounded the corner near VPD i was smashed into by a recycling truck going at mac 7.. had i not been wearing a seat belt this would have surely killed me.. after mentioning it in OOC, another player suggested he may be the same guy as was VDM'ing outside of mission row PD

Hi @moley2011, thank you for this report!

I have noticed that your last few reports have the session ID as 'unsure'. It is important that we have a session ID in reports so we can easily pinpoint the player in question.
Sometimes it is easy, other times it is not. 

For reports such as RVDM we do require footage which shows 3-5 minutes prior, are you able to provide this? I cannot make a decision from a 20 second clip as I will be missing an extremely large amount of context which would be unfair.

good afternoon Danoo.. i do have a full 20 minutes right up until the the cut off point as i clipped it with medal right after i was struck, I understand what your saying in regards to getting session id's, i do attempt to get ids but by the time i realize whats been done im usually to late, i have now assigned that function to a hot key for quick use.. my issue with the player was more so a public concern as i didn't personally suffer at that time as i was in a local vehicle. But if i was in my own vehicle or didn't have my belt on i would have been mortified.
