Please (in detail) describe the incident: After leaving an area after we had attempted a robbery and chased away by police, we came back to see if by some chance the till was still open, i went inside the gas station and my two buddy waited in the car, not long after a marabunta gang member pulled up to the car saying "yous are fucking ugly" and other childish insults.. as i approached the vehicle and got in.. my guys was bascially saying your a freak and jog on essentially.. as we drove away multiple shots came through and downed ojay. tried to ask him on ooc to come to churchill.. these requests went ignored.

Hello, I was a little confused as to why I saw this report be put up as I don't believe anything was random about this situation. The area the video is in is an area Aztecas hang around as it is our turf. That shop is in the area we operate in and a few of us work there. We were investigating what was happening at and around the shop as we had seen a police presence and knew something was going on. A few people in the area were approached by us earlier and they were instantly argumentative and looked like they were looking for problems, I am unsure if this was you or not. I approached your car and prodded you a little to see if you were people we knew or if you were hostile and were going to cause problems. You were instantly hostile and antagonistic, your clip doesn't show the extent of the argument because you walked in the shop and the audio cut off. Your clip also fails to show the entire build up of you robbing the shop and the police arriving. I think there's some major context missing and believe this could've all been cleared up with a discord or teamspeak chat. I didn't see or was aware of your initial OOC messages requesting a chat as I might've had the chat turned off at the time. Would you be willing to come to discord and resolve the issue as I believe this is something that we can easily work out?

ill put it foreword to the member that was shot and downed.. from my point of view there was no real conversation.. just rolling up and calling people ugly doesn't seem quite right.. additionally pointing a gun and shooting as were making our exit also seems rather heavy handed.. i appreciate the fact that i was in the store and unable to hear the full conversation but i was in there for a matter of 5 seconds.. if you could clip the conversation on your end if poss.. we'd appreciate that. Ideally tried to settle it last night in OOC but wasn't getting a reply

 
Unfortunately I don't have a clip of the entire context because at the time I didn't think there was anything wrong with what had happened and assumed all parties understood the situation. I feel like a major part of what happened is missing, I explained my side in my previous reply and like I said the full situation did not amount to that small conversation we had outside the shop and it is disingenuous to suggest that. The shop robbery, the police and further interactions with my gang are all missing. I didn't see your OOC messages. If I did, I believe it would have been sorted out as all that is needed is a short chat to clear up any confusion. I am willing to work with you and sort it out, just let me know your discord name and we can jump in a call and sort it out.

 
The store robbery and consequent police chase wasn't anything involving azteca.. to my knowledge your turf is around that area not the store (please correct me if wrong) i will try and ascertain other body cam to elaborate on the full extent of the conversation

after lengthy discussions, all parties involved have come to a mutual understanding. No need for further action
