Please (in detail) describe the incident: We heard gunshots in the area in which we saw this unknown person in so I wanted to stop and search this guy. Once I had him cuffed and was searching him he disappeared and never came back nor said something in discord or OOC. I put in a message in police public in discord which he didn't respond to. If you want me to explain it further I can however I believe this is enough or if you have any questions just ask. The exact time of when the person logged out was 12:38 GMT.
