I was cuffed by a cop, which was perfectly fine, my sound then bugged and i had to relog as i could not hear the cop, I relogged once and it fixed my sound for a short amount of time, then my sound bugged again. I told him i need to relog, and he just sent me to jail from the middle of the stree, not sending me to the PD or anything.

I am the officer who sent you to prison from the roadside, there are multiple reason as to why I made this decision:
1. A re-occuring problem with your audio
2. You refused to be carried
3. You could not be searched
4. Unable to get any form of medical aid

I will now break down each of these points in more detail.
1. The re-occuring audio problem you mentioned, you had already re-logged once, you then claimed you needed to again which evidently is a consistant pause of roleplay, I do not blame you for having this problem although I do not want to be waiting over and over again for you have to re-log again and again. I would rather you took the required time to find the permanant fix for the issue.

2. You refused to be carried thus meant we were unable to get you any form of medical aid as we were unable to take you to the hospital where you could of been helped and continued being processed correctly, no NHS were online at the time of this situation, I happily would of taken you to the station as I would with any suspect although it was your decision that led to that not being possible.

3. Police were unable to search you, we were aware you had a firearm on you yet the search option was not working on your player for police officers, this meant there was a person still in possession of a firearm of which I have no way securing, making a problem for officers.

4. As mentioned in in (2), becuase you refused to be carried and we had no other way to help you as there were no NHS online, this meant we were bound to that position on the map, we had no way to transport you to a police station to continue this as we wanted.

Conclusion to why I made this decision,  due to you being an armed suspect that we had no possible way of moving you or de-arming you, that had a consistant issue with your audio, I made the decision to send you to prision from the roadside due as there was what I believe to be no better alternative. Me sending you to prison gave you time to sort out any audio issues, and elminated the issues police were facing, mentioned above, thus improving the roleplay provided to the police and allowing you the required time to fix your audio problem whilst still getting a form of consequence for the situation we were in. I would like to mention this is not anything I like doing, anything I would encourage other officers to do, I would much rather take you to station and let the situation continue to play out although it was clear the options were minimal due to the roleplay from the otherside.

Some concerns I have regarding your video:
As seen and heard in your video it is clear that you are using discord with your friends to communicate, you do not hotmic ingame anything that you are saying to your friends so the police had no idea of your plan, this drastically changed the situation as you gave your freinds the location and appropriate information to act on that could potentially changed the outcome of the situation. Police use ingame radios where everyone can hear the transmission should they be within the vocal range, civillians should not be using discord but should be using the ingame phones, these are why they are there. Using discord, communicating to your friends through a method that is not audible or visable puts the opposing party at a huge disadvantage, we had no visual indicator that you are communicating, no phones out, and you were not speaking ingame when in discord. We had no way to prevent your friends from showing up. When the police are injured it is impossible for them to use their radio whilst critically injured and as shown in the video, you are critical injured and providing friends with information to change the situation in your favour, this in unfair and not something I believe you should be doing.

I see your reasoning to this, and the carrying didnt show up for me, so i couldnt accept the carry, i wasnt trying to refuse it,.
As regards to your point about discord, i fully understand that and i wish there was a way for us to use radios but theyre not implemented for us civilians yet.

I dont think i want to take this report further, i understand your points.
