What best describes this incident ?: Exploiting

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was driving around the triad area with Aztecas and Ballas and a gunfight erupted which is fine. The problem i have is in the clips provided the Triads are sat on roof spam firing the musket and exploiting the fact that the Reload can be cancelled by pressing z consistently. In the first video you can see at 10 seconds in this video that several musket shots hit the back of my XLS. In video 2 at 1:10 you see multiple shots pass over the top of my XLS armoured. 1:25 You can see that more shots hit my XLS. 1:40 You see me get killed by multiple shots from one musket. I feel that each of the points i have provided is one musket firing multiple shots at once.

Hello, I was the person in the first video. My name ingame is Ben Jones. I do not have evidence of me shooting you as in my eyes, I only shot one bullet and stop. you can see I hit the car once which I was aiming at. I knew there was something wrong with the musket so that was the main reason I only shot once.  You can see in the clip from Candice that she only shot once but for you she shot multiple times. So I think there is a bug with the musket and that is a reason why I will not be using it unless I have to.
