Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was going to a gps which was sent as they needed help, on the way there some random taxi man rammed me of my bike and drove away, in the clip you can see him swerve into me.

i said in OOC something like "I just got rammed of my bike", and the guy never replied to it, so i could not resolve the issue
