Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hello I have brought this to the forums as I believe I have been RDM'd in the situation on the below clip.

I had just finished a bin run with another member of my gang (Marabunta) and we had decided to go get my outlaw from the police impound so we can go to places and have snowball fights with people. On the way to doing this we went the TFA bridge way, I think anyone who drives through this area knows how laggy and drifty to drive around that area, the snow makes it a lot worse.

We have accidentally smashed into the gate /wall at the TFA and the first thing we started to do was say oh shit oh no no no as we didn't want anybody to think it was on purpose, I wasn't whispering at all either neither was the person who was driving, from the shooter's POV regardless of whether they heard us or not I would say they know exactly what has happened and it was not meant maliciously.

Regardless of how they saw this, they instantly shoot us without even asking us who we are or what we're doing. I believe this to be RDM as there was no high quality RP at all, he just shot us and walked away.

Hello Shannon, You could have asked me to come to QE and this could have been cleared up in a simple 2 minute liaison. But I will leave that up to you.

At roughly 3:07 in your clip you can clearly see that there is some sort of conflict happening where you say "vagos shooting up TFA"

By watching your clip you obviously crashed into me accidently as the snow is aids however am I meant to know that?

Now i know this looks bad from your POV but you have to remember that other people are in active situations. We were in the middle of an active situation with TFA with active shots being fired from both sides. I then get ran over by an outlaw outside their compound, you are not wearing any identifiable clothing and I reacted by shooting you as I thought you were involved. I am sorry that you were at the wrong place at the wrong time but genuinely how am I meant to know that you are not involved. You are a fellow gang member and you know that situations like this can be hectic and once again apologise. I did go down towards the end of this situation and am unaware of what happened to you later as I could not come back and see for myself as I would be breaking NLR.

If you are still willing to resolve this in QE (with or without a staff member present), I am happy to do so

I am not too sure what the relevance is that I mentioned there was fighting at TFA? I did notice this as we drove to turf but didn’t expect to skid across the road a few minutes later.

At the situation all of the TFA members were either in official clothing or wearing primarily black clothing, nobody was wearing all white. I just don’t understand how you could think we was involved in the situation especially as we tried making you aware before we got shot.

In my opinion if we was to be part of it and we had ran you over on purpose we wouldn’t stay sat in the car ready to get shot at, we would jump out asap. We only stayed in to show you that we weren’t involved.

You also said to us to ‘put your hands up’ as we was being shot, which again I don’t really see why you would shoot so quickly if you was wanting us to put our hands up, we were not showing any signs of aggression we didn’t have any weapons out nor did we say anything rude towards you.

From my perspective in other situations when we are actively sitting on an enemy gangs turf or actively shooting their members we don’t shoot people without fully knowing who they are, we speak to them first and I feel like this is what should have happened.

I do not wish to QE on this, over the past day or two other marabunta members have been in QE over seperate issues with Aztecas however it does not end up going anywhere as our members are constantly spoken over so I do not think anything will get involved in there

Hello, Like I Said, You are aware there is an active situation going on. I know it was an accident and not intentional but HOW am i meant to know that? This is relevant because you could have taken further care to ensure that you didn't go past an active situation or drove slower... You were shot at as we thought you were TFA. Nothing more

People don't need to be in full colours to be involved? You can clearly be seen wearing the same outfit in this report (Without any bandana etc..) and still getting involved.

After being ran over, I radioed saying that there is an outlaw running me over and my gang reacted by shooting you as you got involved. Now whether this was accidental or not. It was wrong place wrong time.

Lastly, I have tried to go to QE with members of marabunta twice this week however have been met with them practically rage quitting the QE when we have tried to talk about the issues in a civil manner.

Ill ask you again.. If you would like to resolve this in QE with a staff member present, I am happy to do so. If not, ill let staff handle this one as i have no further evidence or justification to provide. Thanks

As mentioned, this is clearly an accident at the wrong place and wrong time.

You chose to go back to what you already knew was an active firefight to throw some snowballs but lost control of the car and it 100% looked as if you were trying to run the blacked out guy over (from there POV of course) so he radiod that and his pals shot you.

Perfectly understandable. Im sure this could have been cleared up in game if you said it was an accident and lead onto further RP. Or in a liaison and a sorry and crack on.
