Please (in detail) describe the incident: There was some officers doing a traffic stop near Vespucci PD, by the clothing store, to which I joined in to provide any assistance incase it was necessary. There was TWO suspects inside the car (driver and passenger), and after the other officer finished doing his usual checks on the suspect, he decided to take the driver of said vehicle into custody due to his fines.

The passenger was instructed to leave, to which he proceeded to walk up north on the pavement, and a few seconds later I noticed a few vehicles showing up and as such I immediately realized that something was about to happen so I proceeded to distance myself from the scene, press my panic button and attempt to flee from there.

Someone (the player that is being reported here) chased after me, proceeded to run me over and shoot me in the head without even speaking a single word or attempt to engage in any type of roleplay, which is why I'm writing this report as I believe this would fall under RDM. Also note that I had quite some distance between myself and the officers that were being taken hostage.

Unfornately, my evidence is not 2-5 minutes in length as I did not intend to make a player report and simply use this as IC evidence, however, I then realized that the best course of action was to make a player report. However, from the clip itself, I believe it is quite clear that a rule was broken). Thank you for reading.

Good Morning,

This is me in the report. I think this could have been discussed and resolved in liaison had one been called.

To give a little bit of context, The Occult were out hunting for a police officer to sacrifice, it appeared we had been spotted / caught on by a few units, so we were about to call it off when Steve got pulled over. We discreetly set up around the area, including on the roofs and up the alleyway with the intention that if he was getting fined/warned, we’d leave it, but if they tried to arrest him, we’d move in. As soon as we saw him put his hands up, we moved in. The officers closest to the situation were told to stick their hands up and were zip tied. It was called out on the radio that one was running away. I spotted you fleeing and speaking on your radio, so I decided to chase you.

I didn’t intend to run you over, this was likely desync as in your clip I don’t even touch you with the car, however as you were getting up I spotted your gun out and made the decision to shoot you. I do believe I was actually talking, however I may have been whispering, which is my bad, so I apologize for that. I don’t believe this to be RDM, you were aware of the situation and tried to flee, however you were running with your firearm discharged. If that was a criminal running away with a firearm discharged, they’d have been shot too. If you had got up, I believe you would have started shooting at me.

The RP after this continued into a rather fun chase and escape via helicopter for the story to continue.
