Hi Staff,

I hope you are well.

Before I go ahead and explain the situation in as much detail as I can, I just want to state that this report is more to show that the police side of roleplay has dropped over the time of the server. After conversing with some of my members within grove and some officers that were at Big Bank at the time. I have decided it was only right to post this report. I had spoken with the two people who I believe this could've been (Mike Peters and Oliver Johnson) and they said they were one of the last officers to arrive to the breach. After reviewing the footage I had and speaking to other members of firearms, they informed me that it was Mike and Oliver's decision to breach the building. Now I am going to explain the situation below:

Grove had planned for over the past few days to rob the big bank as the fight between Marabunta and Grove had died down. We all gathered just after 8pm storm on the 17/03/2023 to discuss everyone's role in the bank robbery and to then split off and gather hostages for the bank as in roleplay we knew this would buy us time with the police. After gathering hostages and a few sultans we then met up once more before heading to the bank. Upon arrival at the bank we had 2 hostages on each door and the 4 sultans parked outside the front so that police knew that there was an organised bank robbery going ahead. Within 10 minutes of the alarm being set off from BMAV drilling the gate to head down to the vault. A group of firearms officers decided to breach and open fire upon us and hostages. This then caused some people to get downed and ruin the roleplay we had prepared over the past few days. In roleplay we told the officers to stop shooting and that they could gather their injured to try and bring back the roleplay situation. From both parties, many have said that the incident was poor roleplay and from the clip of a firearms officers stream, you can tell how shocked the police side were from the decision of the breach.

Well,
Since the involved officers have decided to not respond it's response time.

Now after watching hours of footage and investigating further I cannot say this is a rule break from any involved.
This is a roleplay issue more than a rule break issue and so in agreement the roleplay could've been better,
there were hours of footage recorded. CCTV might by one way or another end up into the correct hands to make sure in future,
these officers understand that the hostage's lives are more important that a quick arrest.

For yourselves, Grove, as long as you have survived this situation there is nothing stopping you from anonymously reporting this footage and accounts on how your characters felt.
Any footage submitted will be reviewed and passed onto the appropriate people to deal with this within roleplay.
