What best describes this incident ?: (C1.14) Threats to report & (G4.4) Acting Injured
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and a few gang members noticed a scammer on tweedle was advertising to sell guns again after doing it a day or two before. We decided to try and set the scammer up but he sent a middle man (His friend) to do the deal. we held the individual at gunpoint and told him to get his friend down here now otherwise it's going to be you taking the fall for both of your actions. Afterwards we move to the airport and give him 5 more minuets to come and save his friend but he decided not to show. I then execute the "Middle man" and I proceed to take him out to sea. After killing the man he says "easy easy" then shorty after we take off in the helicopter and I say a few words and he responds like he's not been shot in the head at all. Once we land far out at sea he decides to say "Enjoy your vacation" and seems to think his death was not justified enough. Sorry there's no ID for the video but around 7:55 on the 12th is when I shot the person.
