So me an Constable Evans was on patrol and responded to a man that was punching people and creating a disturbance at Pillbox hospital. When we arrived we swiftly saw a guy and asked for a description of the man. It was not the man in question he was still at the hospital. We arrived and meet a man that was playing clash of clans loudly and was disturbing ongoing RP. We detained the man escorted him out and told him not to retrun. He before he left said he was gonna come and hit us with a car. (wich he did.) Me and PC Evans moved down the road and stoped to sort out a road hazard when the man from the hospital returned and rammed our vehicle with his own. He stopped and got out and was sswiftly tazed by PC Evans. He then decided to return with his trolling and play clash of clans loudly over everyone else. We put him in our car and but found out that it was bugged. PC Evans pulled the man out and he decided to run off imidietly after being pulled out of the car.
