Please (in detail) describe the incident: This guy started following me near the Taxi rank telling me to get out the truck and he was robbing me. I asked if he had a gun and he said yes. He looked new, but I thought I'd entertain the RP and got out whilst making a report to the police. Once I was out, he just started to ram my truck. At this point I realised he wasn't trying to RP, so I got back in my truck, to which he followed and rammed me. After disappearing, he came back and then said sorry, but stated "This isn't real life y'know, fuck that" before getting back into his car and ramming me again.

Afternoon @Siren,

I'm afraid not, I only had my medal set to 30 seconds. I've changed this now to 5 minutes having read the report requirements. 

I did see there was another report regarding the same player at the same time, which shows what he did in-between switching cars.

Unfortunately, I've not been able to find the player in question, however.
VDM is not a rule! (G1.1) RVDM (Random Vehicle Death Match) which i assume you were going for here, im still not really seeing a rule break for.
The evidence provided doesn't show anything of what happened before you encountered this player, this means i can't rule out that it wasn't random.

There could be a case for Trolling here but again, there just isn't enough evidence to make a judgment on this either.
