What best describes this incident: RDM - Stemmed from a vehicle pursuit on a car, no words exchanged despite multiple attempts whilst chasing on foot.
Please (in detail) describe the incident: RDM in it's purest form, as per G7.5, engaging in a pursuit within itself is not Roleplay and as such I feel like this was RDM due to the lack of interaction recieved by me during this situation, there could've been multiple ways for this to go, but instead my character was brutalised with an American Swinging Stick with zero interaction aside from back handed comments after the fact of "Sorry officer, i'm sorry"

Did attempt to resolve via OOC however the player either didn't see or simply refused to acknowledge my requests.

@Paru Thank you for the report. I have had time to look at the evidence provided.

But I think I sit on the fence with this one, its certainly not random but when chasing any suspect there is an opportunity that a person to become a threat.

The suspect shouts at you whilst hitting you so does provide some RP, and I feel like you would have had the room and time to deal with the threat if you had not got so close, and chased a suspect onto the roof on your own, what did you expect?

I think it would be extremely harsh to ban for this and would NOT class this as RDM.
