Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hi there and thank you for whoever is reading this.
I was on my way to a shop to buy a panning tray when i heard gunshots, i had hoped it wasn't at the shop and i would still be able to get in and leave quickly.
Approaching I realized the shooting was right outside so i started to reverse to turn and back away when a car approached which i believe to be a member of cutlass shot me without saying a word and drove off. I was no threat, had no weapons drawn or even spoke a word to anyone in the area.
I was in the wrong place wrong time but being shot when i hadn't interacted with anyone and i wasn't wearing gang colors was pretty poor imo.
I did put an OOC message to see if anyone would own up and join QE but no one did.
