Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was driving around in my champion and two cars full of blacked out people pulled up beside me and hopped out and told me to get out of the car. They had a few guns to me,as i knew i was in a bullet resistant car (tested this once i bought the car) i knew i could get away from a few bullets so i drove off and as i drove off the person with the white mask and hat on and the cream essentials hoodie appears to emote as if he is trying to dodge any bullets or possibly dodge my car running into him. I therefore believe he is exploiting to try and avoid being hurt or possibly incapacitated.

first of all id like to say you didnt even have a gun out, secondly you had 4-5 guns pointed at you and you then proceeded to run me over even if your car has semi bullet proof windows you had 3 smgs and two pistols so your telling me thats not NVL ? i will fully hold my hands up and apologise for that my mouse has been messed up lately and buttons are really sensitive and i had it as a key bind and didnt intentionally mean to press the button, all i can do is change the keybind to ensure this doesn't happen again , can you show the pov of you aiming a gun at me when i do this because in your screenshot you are not aiming so how am i dodging a bullet ?

sorry i would also like to add that im literally stood in front of your car i would not get incapacitated at such a low speed hence why i didnt considering that you did actually run me over, laying down actually messed it up for me as i was aiming at your head so probably would have killed you in that situation,

Hello Jay, firstly thanks for your reply. When i said 'appears to emote as if he is trying to dodge any bullets' i meant the bullets that were coming from the fellow people that you were with,my apologies if you interpreted what i said the wrong way. When you said 'apologise for that my mouse has been messed up lately and buttons are really sensitive and i had it as a key bind and didnt intentionally mean to press the button' i highly doubt these claims that you accidentally pressed said button, if you look at the clip below this is an encounter between you and myself later this morning where you came to my turf and took me and killed me, as i was in the water it appears to me that you are showing off this 'technique' of yours an awful lot which doesnt seem to me like an accident,

And no like I said accidental I had to play it off for roleplay reasons otherwise would have just been weird funnily enough you didn’t report this until we actually got you so to me seems more of a revenge report to be honest as that was like 2 hours prior to getting you but is what it is

Hi Jay,
The clip you have just provided is not the same moment from the clip I provided and you can tell from the people around you as the mara you had hostage isn't in my clip and placement of people in your clip. It actually just further shows your excessive use of that keybind and that it isn't an accident. If it wasn't an accident you wouldn't do it as many times as you have and proves you knew exactly what you were doing.
This report was put up before my character was killed hence why I provided the clip after. It is not a revenge report as like I mentioned I was killed after the report was already up and I lost nothing of value to be claiming revenge for. I didn't ask you to liaison as I didn't realise you had exploiting until watching over the clip some time later. I then met with you again (when you killed me) but the report was already up at that point.

To be honest I don’t remember doing it after the initial accident one, i think I may have bugged on your screen honestly can you get the other maras pov to see if it wasn’t a bug I will also try get my side, I don’t think I broke any rule hence I didn’t clip it myself, if I did do it after it’s actually quite irrelevant anyway as there was no ongoing situation as there was only a guy in zip ties that we let leave the situation, I would 100% understand if in a gun fight but we wasn’t your trying to falsely accuse me of using it consistently to benefit from it, and grasping at straws ultimately this situation never would have happened if you valued your life at the first situation in that case everyone should go buy champions and in that case make everyone immune from getting robbed ?

I've got a few questions before I process this report.

@Rico Roberts - have you got any evidence (session ID preferably) of who was doing this emoting? We need something concrete if we are to process this report.

Why do you have this prone emote on a keybind @Jay Small ? I fail to see any valid roleplay reason where you would need such a command at instant speed.

Hi Bonzi to be honest ive had it keybound for like the 2 years used to not be on my mouse as is switched mouse its now set on that mouse as was a number, but since the accidental emote in that one situation i have now removed it from my keybind, personally i had it key bound when i was new to the city if i had to pop to the toilet or something but like i said its now been taken off any keybind at all as tbh its not valid in any situation i agree with you to be honest,

Okay - I'll have to proceed with what I've got @Rico Roberts .

I'll be issuing you with a warning today @Jay Small for C2.2 - using animations like this during combat situations is not allowed. I'm not convinced you gained an advantage using this emote in this situation - but as you've said I'm not convinced you have a valid reason to have this emote at your fingertips.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you've removed this key bind for now - but if you are seen using this emote (or other similar ones) during a combat situation - advantage gained or no, you'll be banned.
