Please (in detail) describe the incident: Trying to run the trucking yard and the gentleman being reported attempted to run a helper out earlier, and then drove off, no RP, no microphone

Shortly after another individual came down to us to report a similar issue that was happening and the guy (ID509) then again came around to hit us all, killing myself and another individual, and severely injuring another
