From my point of view, I had initially tried to initiate the situation by putting a round into your rear left tyre to disable the vehicle and force you to release Sebastian (which you can see in the clip). Rather than shouting for you to stop which I highly doubt you would have done and I wouldn’t have blamed you if you didn’t
Starting up with this first, I will quote the rule here for you before we move on any further, First part of the rule G 1.2 is this 'Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order'
I was not given anytime to comply with your demands, I was shot at my tire without any word being said, I usually stop when I see someone trying to TC (Tactical Contact) my car or box my car in, basically I had no interest in a gun fight or anything there, I mostly stop for people when they say stop or I will shoot or something, you can ask most of the people on the server about me stopping if they aim a gun towards me, I prefer valuing my life over getting shot at by someone after they stop me, Lets put a real life scenario here, if some person rams your car and points a gun at you, obviously you will comply with their demands which I usually do and comply with the demands when I am told to stop. There are other ways to stop a vehicle than clearly shooting at it's tires before saying anything, you also could've said 'STOP or I will shoot your tires out' Initiating is not a thing here I would say that but shooting out of the blue on my tires is a bit excessive in my opinion, I do see that you shot me back as I tried shooting at you, this never would've happened if you just told me to stop or something or at least showed me your gun before discharging it.
Moving to second part of the rule here. ' “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)'
There was no clear command there or anything towards me, that would say put your hands up or stop your vehicle, your vehicle would probably outrun mine, you could've just pulled in front of me and hard stopped me or just break checked me and I would've stopped right there for you if you showed me your UZI from the window or just shot a warning shot in the air, my gruppe6 character tends to stay away from firefights usually except this scenario as I was clearly getting shot at, I have been attacked at many times and I have been with the injured criminals and treated them instead of shooting back, I mean I do shoot sometimes but not every time, it's the character, he also panics a lot so if someone shoots towards him or he is getting beaten up then he starts using whatever he gets his hands on. Moving on, that there was not an interesting roleplay story or anything, that scenario was a complete mess, it felt like I am an AI taking someone to prison and then got shot at and died, there are plenty more ways to help out your friend from going to prison than just going up to a gruppe6 vehicle and shooting it.
Moving on to
I then tried to free Sebastian from the vehicle but OOC I couldn’t pick the lock because it said the vehicle was unlocked, but I couldn’t get into the vehicle because it said that it was locked. My other option was to escort him through the locked door and out of the vehicle but this seemed unrealistic RP considering he was in cuffs in what would realistically be a locked vehicle.
I have no idea about this part, there are bugs that happen here and there due to which you can't enter some vehicles, I got shot and after that I had 0 idea what you are doing with your friend sebastian.
also I remained in the server for a number of hours afterwards and saw no attempt to try and resolve the situation (Unless I missed it). But I did have information that Sebastian was later executed in the prison by this same officer. So firearms discipline clearly needs to be looked at.
For this one I would like to attach this picture of me sending this in OOC chat, after few minutes of that I reviewed the footage and said can ID 269 come to teamspeak? I was waiting there for about 10-15 minutes, I don't like reporting people much, I rarely do it but for a few days I have been getting stabbed and shot at for no reason, I prefer resolving stuff over reporting but this time it was not the case and I was tired of getting abused all the time while playing.
But I did have information that Sebastian was later executed in the prison by this same officer. So firearms discipline clearly needs to be looked at.
This part is supposed to be dealt with in-game, as there is no evidence (In-game bodycam footage or something, I don't know if the person recorded it or nope, he can use that footage out of game for different reasons but in-game he can't use it as you don't get cameras inside prison and he is dead by now) of this being happening and sebastian can't say anything after his death, nothing can happen about it). Let me shed some light on why I executed him though. First thing, I almost lost my life because of him, that doesn't matter though, second part he got treated in hospital as he was also injured for some reason, now I don't know how he got injured but I am pretty sure you shot him down too although that is none of my concern, I found him in hospital, he said 'my bois will come after you and fuck you up mate', I was with another officer called kieran tiger and he heard a lot of that stuff himself too, your friend was being really aggressive towards my character, my character doesn't like aggression towards him and his goal is to live, your friend clearly threatened him many times, he also said stuff like this to a green supra ' shoot this driver, let me free ' he was a complete pain for my character and he wanted to get rid of him completely as your friend did say that when he gets released he will let his bois know and get him gone, my character kept his calm for as long as he could until he got sentenced into the prison but since my character is a nice guy I still went up to him in prison and tried speaking with him about the smoothies thing, he was silent the whole time I was trying to speak with him, now smoothies thing is basically you provide me smoothies and I reduce your time, I wanted to be friendly till your friend punched me and it just made my character more angry and I shot him twice and for some reason he was injured enough to get down on the ground after 2 shots, after that my character had enough of him he took him out to the courtyard, one thing I wanna add up here is that what I should've done is used a taser or baton launcher in order to defend myself but I used 2 shots on your friend as that is the first thing that came up in my hand and I didn't hesitate using it as your friend did piss my character a lot. I took him to courtyard, I wanted to give him a chance to redeem himself once more, I asked him a few times to apologise to me and I will let him off, I asked him to apologise to me or I will end his life up as he has threatened me quite a few times and I have my reasons to end his life so he doesn't end up coming up to me later in future and kill me, one more reason to execute him for me was an incident in the past, I was threatened like this but I left the prisoner and gave him many chances, after a few days he came up to me and killed me or at least tried to kill me but I survived.
Quick Addition: I don't execute prisoners if they threaten me, as I know I can fix up the situation with them and make them my friends with some sweet talk or being nice with them, this doesn't happen often, it just happens rarely when I feel that I might lose my life outside if the prisoner knows his contacts, now I clearly saw you using your UZI at me so I was 100% sure that your friend will try to kill me when I go out, I just had to get that off my shoulders, I would say I have done like 3-6 executions in my whole life as gruppe6 or maybe more or less unsure, as I said it rarely happens and when it's really necessary for my safety I do it.
(G8.5) Police are not allowed to execute players. This was abolished in UK law in 1965
If you are gonna refer me to this rule then let me add up something, I am certainly not a police officer and never would I ever execute someone as a police officer, it's a straight up ban for me, gruppe6 members are security officers not police officers, I am exempt to most of the police rules and there is no use of force chart for me, I can use excessive force or not it's up to me at the end of the day, although if I do use excessive force in front of a police officer or I go into a gang fight or something and shoot police officers then I will get arrested and I will lose my job without a question, I also don't give away stuff from my armory or sell it but I still do some activities that include excessive force here and there for my own safety. I clearly am not a fan of going up to people and executing them without saying a word, there has to be reasons behind it and I had my reasons to execute your friend as he was a criminal who was gonna kill me on the outside if he got a contact with his friends outside, I have had instances with other people doing the same stuff your friend did. I said it plenty of times that if you just apologise we will be in much better situation, your friend clearly didn't wanted to apologise and wanted to keep his ego above his life, his final words were something along these lines ' look up to the sky, ( I looked up ) do you see that finger? shove it up your arse' the words were something like that, after that I shot a full magazine inside his head as my character lost his patience and just wanted to get rid of him cuz of his behaviour. ( Now I have said my character sometimes here and there and I have also said the word I here, most of the things I have mentioned here is my character side of story, every character of mine has a different story and I prefer it to stay that way, my civ character would've done something else here, police character would've done something else here, which is 100% not an execution and he would've saved your friend's life as police officer's job is to save life.) I would say I have went off topic here and there on this reply.
Final addition: https://youtu.be/NNzF7GUA9bA Here is a clip of your friend saying some really nice words to me after I shot him with 2 bullets, don't think that it is failRP to shoot someone, there is no rule such as ' Fail RP ' what I did there was for my self defense, I shot him down as he was trying to beat me, I used excessive force there, as I said before, tasing him, putting him in solitary ( locked him up in a cell ) or made him do some laps of the courtyard ( something I do as a punishment for prisoners being naughty ) was gonna be much better but I deemed it necessary to end your friend's life there as I want to survive, I would say if you tell someone that you are going to kill them with your bois outside IRL then I doubt you will get a better response from them. That is my side of the story for that part.
I have attempted to resolve the situation with you earlier but it didn't work out, I gave you plenty of time to have a chat with me and as mentioned earlier I don't like reporting, I clearly could've put another report on your friend for breaking character and saying the word Fail RP under the rule:
(G2.3) Roleplay Everything - You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character.
Since I didn't had my voice in the video I can't use that really as evidence as a staff member could say that I might have actually Failed RP there and then he might have pointed it out but I am gonna assure staff team that I have 100% not broken character and I never would do something like that, although that doesn't give your friends enough power to say the word FailRP to me and my ID, I would let a staff member deal with that part of his friend breaking voice while being in character, I certainly wasn't gonna make a report on his friend but as he has mentioned him already I might as well use that as evidence too, I don't have my voice in that clip there so apologies for that if it is not enough evidence to move on with the report on his friend, I am not gonna make a whole new report for his friend so if that evidence up there is enough then I am fine if not then I am also fine with that.
If I have made any mistake during the process of this whole situation then I am more than happy to take any punishment as it would help me to learn better in future and I will any take constructive criticism as I think it helps you develop more and get better in life. I don't have anything else to add up to this and I will wait for a staff member to reply to this. As it is gonna be just arguing back and forth and I am not really a fan of arguments.
