Please (in detail) describe the incident: There is ongoing beef with Hustlers and mara. I was in a helicopter giving comms and I got shot at, so I went higher as I thought I was being shot from the ground, not noticing there was a helicopter next to me (to my left) shooting me. I was in a black helicopter with black window tints and also not in gang colours. Once I did notice the helicopter, I came to a complete stop and hovered, thinking maybe if I did this they might think am just watching. But nope I was then shot didn't go down at this point, so I pressed my session head button to try to get this person's ID and in the process I hit their helicopter not intended as I was trying to get close enough to see it. But failed to get his ID I then flew away and tried to get away from the helicopter, but it kept following me, so there was a point where I was like OK am just gonna leave, but again they chased me down and shot me this time I went down. So I feel even if I did leave right away after the first shot they would have still chased me down.

I called him to QE, and I was meet with NO. my response was well not the smartest as it was in the heat of the moment Staff will see this in logs, so I do apologize for that. I then put in OOC Something long the lines of am I going to be getting off soon once you're done u can DM ME - Roman then I logged off for the night. I was on pc till about 2am maybe longer trying to find this person so we could talk I even messaged in groups and ask jay and someone else if he knew who it was, but they didn't

It's left me with 0 option as I want to know if they were 100% sure I was mara and if so how (evidence). The same thing happened 2 weeks ago but i let it go.

yes now, this is me lad i don't have a clue how you have come to conclusion that this is rdm? your floating above an active gunfight in a helicopter we know Mara own, you say your in a blacked out heli with blacked out window yet your getting shot and chose to stay at the sit. would this not fall under nvl, as you said "pretending to just watch the fight" surely you would just leave the area as you were being shot at by the ground before we even flew the heli over. i like how the part off the clip were we pulled beside you and told you to leave the area before you where shot at by me was left out. you were all so met with a no due to the fact that we were mid sit. this sit ended up lasting 2 more hours and me personally forgot to reach back out to you.

Anyone in the city can purchase this helicopter, so to say, you know it's mara to me isn't really good enough; it's like you're saying it's the only one in the city and it's owned by mara

Me being a part of Mara allows me to be there, but you wouldn't have known this. The helicopter was chasing me, so regardless of whether I left right away or 20 minutes later, you (whoever was flying) probably would have chased me down, as in the clip this was what was happening for 5 mins. We have always been told not to shoot at a heli unless we are 100% sure it's the set gang we are beefing/warring with us at the time. So gang colours, or if you know them by face, but I had a black mask and glasses and a hard hat.

Honestly, I did not hear this command. If you said this, I would love to see the clip. I may be able to recover the bit that was missed, but not 100% sure

Being the Pilot behind the aircraft that put your short scouting mission to an end, aswell as the person that gave the Green light for your heli to be fired upon, I'll respond to RDM accusation you have brought forward.

I'll begin by giving some context to the situation so staff can have a better idea on the version of events that unfolded during the evening leading up to this report.

At roughly 21:30 we were wrapping up a discussion with TFA when one of our members had called out an SC1 being transported to the marabunta morgue parking. We followed this up by going down as a pack, spotting them on the Fire station roof and shortly after shots were fired from both parties and a gunfight had commenced. At 21:49 the first comms given of a seasparrow hovering above people and potentially giving comms. Prior to this it was known to us that mara often pulled out a seasparrow and used it as a tool in the sky to give callouts during fights. I authorized warning shots to be fired towards the heli to let it know to vacate the area before it is punished. In reaction to this, you continue to hover closer to the marabunta with no shots fired towards your direction.

After going to the airport and getting an aircraft of my own (Swift- 22:04), I make my way back towards the gunfight where you continued to be called out over radio hovering extremely close to the Ground level. In a step up from this shots are fired at your heli and you retreat to the mara side once again. At this point a militant hustler recruit (Johnny Jones) had boarded the swift and was equipped with a Revolver on-route to the fight. More shots are fired at your helicopter and you begin trying to lead us towards the mara hospital where they would shoot us but not you.
This confirms the suspicion of you working with the mara or just being a nobcheese at a gunfight. During Johnny slowly dismantling you're heli, I shouted at a range that I'm certain you would've also been able to hear me at.

At 10:11 you are exterminated. Nae rules were breached but I appreciate you bringing you're concern to the forum.

Unfortunately a couple members have been put in jail recently (Fed Tishman) and others have gone to Australia seeking their dad for some odd reason? The numbers were slightly affected. Hopefully these will be rectified to the intended 25 in the near future.

If warning shots were given, I either missed them or they wasn't close enough for me to hear them. Again, I will try to recover the clip, as Medal likes to delete them once edited.

At the start of my clip is the height I maintained the whole time till I increased my altitude. As I thought I was shot from the ground in your screenshot, it looked a lot closer to the ground, but I wasn't. When you said, Begin to lead, this was after I thought I was shot from the ground and increased my altitude and came to a stop (hovered). This is when I noticed you in the heli, like I said, hoping this would show you I was no threat, but instead of taking this opportunity to get close and tell me to leave, making sure I could hear, I was shot Yes, I began to lead at this point as I was being chased and shot at. Like I said, if I did leave at this point, would you have chased me? I feel like you would have.

After being shot and close to death and still getting shot at as I was flying back towards Mara is when you felt it confirmed your suspicion that I was working with Mara. So what would have happened if I went down before this? You wouldn't have been 100% sure I was Mara.

You are reporting me for RDM, this rule break requires 3-5 minutes context. You're clip starts hovering above an active gunfight, involving you're gang and the brick wall you appear to have hit known as the hustlers. If you could provide 3-5 minutes PRIOR to the alleged RDM that would fit the criteria for this report to go through that would be fab.

My screenshot above is a single frame that shows you fleeing towards the mara at an incredibly low altitude and NOT receiving any fire. Once again a clip with full context would clear up any confusion but you have failed to provide such. Any time we approached shots would be opened upon us. The wanyamas that arrived in their Jamaican livery vans were murdered, but not the sea sparrow that we had seen mara facilitate before in times of desperate needs?

You say you had "gone to leave" how much does it take for you to leave? Warning shots didn't do it. You decided to get out of range. A helicopter didn't do it as you decided to get closer to the morgue when you were taking fire. Upon you "leaving" why would you circle back to mara, I can with confidence say I would not abandon my members fighting regardless of the situation to chase a defenceless being in a seasparrow. However once again confirming our suspicions you spin it around pillbox and begin to return to the location of the gunfight.

In this video you can clearly see 2 instances you decide to ram our heli at 1500ft that would end in mutual suicide. In the first you're yaw movement are clear that you take a sharp left to try swerve into our rotors. In the second attempt you attempt to pull up and hit our helicopter from beneath, with a clear pullback supported by the noticeable loss of speed. In regards to the clip being a strange resolution this is due to my monitor being left in a 1440x1080 resolution whilst I play other games and as such interferes with the OBS resolution. Once again thanks for bringing forward your concern and I hope it gets dealt with the way you originally envisaged.

I have already said the reason behind hitting you in the original post; there were no intentions of hitting you a 2nd time. But if you feel there was, that's fine.

However once again confirming our suspicions you spin it around pillbox and begin to return to the location of the gunfight.

I spun around the building; I wasn't sure if you were following me at this point. Only when I looked behind me did I see you. This made me head back towards Mara, hopefully to be close to them if I did go down. Now, if I looked behind me, and you weren't there, I wouldn't have gone back in a heli.

I have already covered this time from when I increased my attitude as a result of hearing the shot hit my helicopter Not knowing it was the heli shooting me, as I thought it came from the ground, this is when I noticed your helicopter after coming to a stop and seeing you directly in front of me.

The aim of this report was to see how you came to the conclusion I was Mara. Only when I was shot close to death and started to lead after this, this is when it was confirmed for you that I was Mara.

At this point, we both will think the other party is in the wrong, as expected. So am happy to answer any questions from staff about the matter. Again, I will see if I can recover the original clip

Regardless if you're reporting me or the apostles it's a requirement for reports across the board. Not just this one, the fact you have provided a clip which doesn't meet the requirements and that misses context from staff is a bit poor.

Could've told them to leave as mara were on the floor and the roof directly above where the van was parked. I also think it's quite clear that wanyamas that are roleplayed by previous staff members and perfectly capable roleplayers would risk their position in the community by trying to save bodies mid fight. This would implicate them in a potential NVL/Teaming report. The hustlers have not had any interaction with the wanyamas in the past and were definitely not using them as a method to scoop bodies.

In the first instance of the clip I have provided your helicopter is facing away from us towards the mara morgue. You decide to rotate the heli roughly 90 degrees towards us and instead of pitching right you decide to go left directly into us? Regardless if you are trying to get ID's if that would've disabled our heli that could've cut our Roleplay scenario short. The fact you did this a second time and as I explained it's visible that you are pitching up. I don't believe this was an "accident."


As seen in this frame your helicopter is roughly on a 25 degree tilt towards GL.
A couple frames later is quite clear you have pulled up in an attempt to either try hit us again or come awfully close to ending both of us.

The fact you are flying around midfight above the mighty hustlers and the short lived marabunta members, have taken fire, from myself and Ground. The fact you rammed our heli once and attempted a second time any claims of RDM shall cease.
However I'm a bit concerned on why you are trying to get ID's of myself and Johnny before your clip has taken place. I would've shot anyone in the skies above and followed the same procedure if presented again. I don't believe people should watch gunfights and be in the fore front of it. I'm aware that it's incredibly hard communicating with helicopters but I definitely gave you ample chances to leave before I got a helicopter of my own and took you out.

The premise of the report is quite silly as you're gang is fighting below you and you know there is no way to confirm it's you as you've said in your own words. Does this grant you permanent immunity from us? I've asked how you would've like us to approach it next time but you have failed to add such info. Not to mention the fact you're clip doesn't even meet the minimum requirement and misses out a large amount of context which I have attempted to provide.

Once again about 100m above the morgue , still hovering at a range that would've been achievable by revolver and .50's however not shots were fired from that side.
