Please (in detail) describe the incident: I would like to add this report in concurrent with another report I have made for hustlers breaking the RDM rule at pill box earlier today as we pulled up to him at pillbox didn't initiate just said ''hey hustler'' he then replies ''hey mara'' then all of a sudden he kills two of us this just re-enforces my previous report of hustlers consistently breaking this rule. Bare in mind we have been in conflict with them for the past week and they have denied the war rules we have presented to them which included KOS (Kill on sight) which would have made this report irrelevant however once again they are giving zero roleplay and just treating the server as a frag server.

Hello I'm the hustler in the clip.

Prior to this incident, I was in my car scouting for Marabunta members, preparing to push their turf and ended up needing to take a gang member to hospital.

I had dropped off the hustler member and was in the area returning to my car, when the entrance to pillbox became extremely populated with 5-6 cars turning up seemingly out of nowhere. At this time I was focussed on returning to my car to safely exit and not get grabbed by an out of colours Marabunta (which I believed could have been the people in the cars that were loitering in the area).

As Marabunta are hostile to hustlers and over the last few days have been involved in numerous gunfights with Hustlers, I knew that being alone and in colours I was at a big risk of being robbed or kidnapped.

After being approached by the car, I took time to evaluate whether the Marabunta members were interested in myself or just visiting hospital. After someone called out "Yes Hustler what you telling me" i then knew that the Marabunta members were aware of my presence and expected shots to begin ringing out, as has so often been the case in these recent fights.

As your other marabunta members seem to be aware, there was a high chance of an altercation when approaching a hustler while 4 deep in your car.
This is evidenced by one of your members commenting "There's a hustler in there" and another, I belive Sky, excitedly agreeing and immediately driving over to me.
Another of your members points out how slowly pulling up alongside a hustler was not a smart move, and calls you a dickhead, questioning your motives.

All this to say I believe you understood approaching me in this manner while in full colours you were expecting a fight and did so knowingly and willfully.

I believe because this situation has not gone your way, you are now trying to bring it to the forums and have me removed from the server.

Okay firstly thank you for replying. Just got a few questions based on your reply, as you can see based on the evidence provided we were in full colours prior to us knowing you were there. Also, as soon as we spoke to you in a non-hostile manner you then brandished your pistol instantly and didn't initiate. As per the rules ''Hi Mara'' isn't high quality roleplay and doesn't give you a reason to shoot on sight.

Further more the sheer amount of police and G6 presence is the reason we didn't turn the situation hostile from the start of the interaction. And to add to your point you made earlier about ''Scouting for Marabunta and preparing to push turf'' but then you mention ''I was on my own'' I'm just a little confused as these two points contradict themselves also, if you believe I am now trying to take this to the forums to have you removed from the server that means you must agree that you believe what you did would result in removal and with the comment ''the situation hadn't gone your way'' nothing was lost as a result of this I am reporting this as this is supposed to be a high quality roleplay server and that was not provided .

At this point I think it would be appropriate to leave this for staff to review the evidence provided and then let them decide what the outcome of the situation should be I hope you agree.

So to answer your points.

This server doesn't use initiation. The actions in this scenario are the results of many past interactions with your group. If Marabunta members hadn't been so prone to shoot first in recent times, I would not have responded with gunshots of my own.

On the point about contradicting myself of being on my own/scouting with members. We are on a radio, allowing us to communicate with one another over some distance. As such, we don't need to be face to face or all travelling in the same car. Just because you can't see the other members in this scenario that doesn't mean I haven't previously, and would soon again, be with my members.

Hello @Cjwjj and thank you for making a player report. After looking at the video you provided, it’s clear that you approached a Hustler member outside Pillbox Hospital, and he reacted with very low-quality roleplay by deciding to open fire.

Just to clarify, this server doesn’t use initiation. However, that doesn’t mean KOS is allowed. Every situation is different, and high-quality roleplay must happen before shooting is even considered. In this case, there was no hostility from Marabunta towards you, and only a few words were exchanged. This isn’t a KOS server, and your actions clearly show that roleplay wasn’t your first priority.

While it’s true that Marabunta and Hustlers are hostile to each other and have had multiple gunfights recently, every interaction still has to include high-quality roleplay. Even if you felt you were at a disadvantage, as you said yourself, you should have let the roleplay happen before shooting.

I believe because this situation has not gone your way, you are now trying to bring it to the forums and have me removed from the server.

I also want to point out that if a player thinks a rule was broken, they have every right to report it. Without people making reports, we wouldn’t be able to deal with situations like this.
