Please (in detail) describe the incident: At approximately 19:45 my unit joined a chase of a 3 up local Sultan that made off from a shop robbery. After a time their vehicle broke and 3 people jumped out and immediately started shooting, then within a few seconds several other vehicles, 3 or 4 up each turn up and also start shooting. I was downed by someone I couldn't even see and presume to have been sat waiting ready to shoot on top of the blue building.

Throughout this whole situation there was absoloutely no words exchanged between any suspect to a Police officer, no warnings given, no firearms brandished, no threats made, not even a "fuck off". Absoloutely nothing. Upon their car breaking the 3 or 4 units in attenance instantly got mowed down by a bunch of individuals.

I believe this is a breach of G1.2 - RDM and G1.3 - Baiting

I would like to invite the other officers on scene to share their perspectives and thoughts as well as the suspects in question and Staff too, specifically the below question for the other officers involved.
- Was any prior RP issued to yourselves at the scene of the shop and the chase I was not a part of?

My POV - Disappointed by this RP

i Was part of this situation i was is the sultan with the other's who decamped.

This is hardly RDM i had a officer chasing me with a tazor at me shouting armed police put your hands up or i will taze you. What shall i do turn around try and have a conversation with him? No i tried that in the past many times and just get instant tazed and cuffed. He made a threat toward my character "put your hands up or i will taze you" so i turned around and shot him so i believe this was not RDM

As for baiting we are just being crims having fun feel like you cant do anything crim related activity these days with out police crying in OOC we robbed a pharmacy and 2 shops and the 3rd shop we robbed police show up. What do you want us to do stand in the shop with our hands up drop our weapons and ammo and ask the officer to put us in cuffs? No we just robbed a shop we are going to try and get away unfortunately our car broke down and it lead to a shoot out.

You were circling in Sandy waiting for your pals to show up, which they did in full force, fully anticipating a shootout. You gave no RP, not even shouting back to anyone, telling us to “fuck off or I’ll shoot you” you just shot. I would love to see your POV on this and any video you may have as this was poor RP from your side. This ruined our RP as the chase was okay, then your decamp was an instant shootout, makes us regret logging in as police because this is all we get.

you say our we was circling sandy waiting for our friends to show up when our friends was already in sandy they was following in a distance where they can see us they got into sandy when we got into sandy. Now we are going around in circles ive already said in my previous responce there was a foot chase and threats was made on my character and thats when i shot i did not decamp and instant shoot. I do not have any clips of the situation seems like you had a clip of the situation but for some reason you trimmed it down to the 3min mark for the minimum requirement for a RDM report

I have put my input in and wont respond unless staff need me to. obviously other people are involved in this situation and they will probably respond

I was also apart of the situation and was apart of the car that decamped at the start. In the first video you can see me getting ran over and handcuffed at 1 minute and 20 second and a better view is the 2nd officers clip at 2 minutes exactly and I call on radio "I've just been run over by police" then I'm immediately handcuffed. I don't have a clip of this because there was no OOC message calling us to talk so I really had no need to clip this or I'd have clipped it and shown any officer that had an issue with the situation why it happened. I believe me getting ran over started the gunfight because physical harm was put upon my character. Nobody was shot until I was ran over and called it out on radio.

Can i just ask why wasnt something put in OOC to come to QE? Why has this come straight to forums and not resolved in a better manner?

The way i look at this is that the police knew these people had been involved in shop robberies therefore would have some sort of weapon and be a threat. Now as i watched the videos both from the same POV of a police car which was not actually around anyone at the time the shooting start. It does not tell us if any words were said or not. Its your word against theirs. What i did notice was this:

Where one of the guys that decamped was ran over and instantly cuffed. Yes, it did look like an accident but i would imagine that accident then being arrested would be the tipping point.

Like i mentioned, the 2 POVs i have seen dont show the people being chased or anything. For all we know as staff looking at this is that there was a chase on foot, guy was ran over and cuffed and shooting started. We cannot see if anything was said or not. Because of that i will be declining this based on lack off evidence for RDM.

As for baiting, criminals are doing what criminals are here to do.. and police are doing what they are here to do.. its not baiting.
