What best describes this incident: (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM)
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself (Pepper) and my colleague (Salt) were driving towards sanitation, when an oncoming car clipped ours due to driving on the wrong side of the road. We continued as we needed to look at the police panics in the area. We drove all the way down to the exit of sanitation staying on the main road, then did a U-Turn. The car decided to follow and then shoot at us, without ANY RP. I attempted to call them into the Churchill Room, but no one responded. We believe it could have been Jack Mckenzie, based off the registration, however, it may not have been him driving.

Before this situation, we were both helping the mechanic event, putting up a traffic filter to slow down the trucks that were speeding and incapacitating people. No RP was involved prior to him shooting myself with this individual.

I hope you don’t mind but I’m going to be posting Jack’s response on his behalf because he’s at work and doesn’t want to leave you hanging till he returns.

He’s asked me to send the following:

“Hi Cal. This was a long sit so I missed your request to join QE. During this sit, I was downed so it did take a while. You seemed to be missing a lot of information when you arrived to the scene. The scene you arrived in was an active gun fight between police and Aztecas. I had no way of knowing how long you were there for, how aware you were of the situation, or anything other than a police car is present in an active gun fight between the police and Aztecas. I’m still willing to QE and provide you a full rundown of the sit but you’d need to give me a day and time you’d be available so I can work around it since my work schedule can be hectic sometimes. I hope this explanation is good for now and I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have. I do have a question regarding the use of your ANPR when incapacitated. Is that something that is allowed when incapacitated? It just struck me as odd. That is something we can discuss here or in QE, up to you. Thanks. - Jack”

Hi @Autumn` - Appreciate you replying on his behalf.

As you can see a full 5 minutes of my POV, not much was communicated. I'm still upset you didn't even say a single thing to us whilst you stared at us point blank in the face and then open fired.

Regardless off the whole "Police vs Aztecas", the police aren't a gang, we shouldn't just be shot at for the fun of it. It's things like this that ruin the polices RP. I would love to see your BWV for this situation, so I can understand your POV.

It just struck me as odd." - I wasn't the only officer in the car, if you read above, in my report and see the video, you can see and hear I was with someone else, who got your plate. @Q_2 (Salt).

I'd be happy to go into a QE session, however, I don't think the outcome is going to change much and I will see what Staff advises.

"It definitely wasn't a for fun of it moment. I can see your frustration but from our point of view, it was the same situation. Every Azteca regardless of their involvement with the sit, was sprayed by police officers. Our members were initially shot by police initiating the escalation while in the middle of being in a situation with Padrinos. It was a high intensity situation. I can see how entering those situations with no knowledge of what is happening can catch you off guard but it was not random. I'm not sure what BWV is. If you're asking about clips, I do not have a clip of shooting you. Like you mentioned, this is not a gang beef. This is a police vs Azteca situation that escalated quickly. Staff can check the logs and see that it began well before your arrival. I had no way of knowing you were unaware but based on your clip, you entered the scene knowing it was an active shooting. The piece of knowledge you were missing was that it was between Aztecas and the police and it was initiated by police. Like I mentioned, our members were also being sprayed down just by driving by the proximity. We understand that is the consequence of being around when a shooting like that is active. Thanks for clarifying the part about the ANPR. I wasn't sure and watched it on my phone. I am happy to answer any other questions/comments you have. - Jack"

I have no idea why this has made it too a report. You clearly know this is active firefight with police and others. You chose to drive right into the middle of that and got shot. What do you expect?

Just because you chose to do that because you were not aware of what was going on is not the fault of the aztecas there. Thats your/polices fault.
