What best describes this incident: RVDM ( Didn't swerve, Hit me and kept driving)
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hello, I crossed the road to get to the parking lot where a car with high speed came speeding down the road (not followed by anyone seemed like only one person in the vehicle from my POV) from my POV you can see that the person was driving on their side of the road (second lane from the left) and hence I assumed they'd cross over the concrete separation area behind me and i tried to get to the sidewalk in front of me as the safest option. But the car changed direction into my lane crossing multiple lanes, going against traffic hitting me on purpose afterwich they then moved back over 3 whole lanes. They did not break, they had to correct their wheel due to hitting me, their hazards went off and they did not stop or come back. I tried comunicating through OOC but I got ignored. Hence I coudn't sort it in QE or OOC and I've deemed it RVDM and reporting it. I got found 10 min later and brough to pillbox by other friendly people. The person never to be seen.

Per the Report Guidelines, we require 3-5 minutes of footage before the alleged rule break to ensure we have some context leading up to the situation would you happen to have this footage?

This is as long as I have of footage as you can see it starts where I fly into the city, hence I don't have more. (Ignore my boyfriend saying I love you XD)

Thank you for your report and I understand your frustrations, however on this occasion I do not believe that this is VRDM, the player did not intentionally swerve to hit you and you was running out in the middle of the street, which is risk you took.

Now I understand that yes he/she should have stopped and spoken to you, that could have been to help you or move on either way its not great, I must admit.

If you were all stood at tirenuts and then someone slammed into you all with no prior context that would clearly be a breach of the rule but this seems to be a clear accident which unfortunately is part of the game.

Due to the above I will be denying this report.
