Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and another friend were selling up at Marlowe's. There was no ongoing RP and out of no where a green Audi I think came and ran myself and my friend over for no reason. I have no idea who this is and there was no prior interaction. EMS saved us so I don't require any compensation.

As stated by Hank, we do unfortunately require the 3-5 minutes just to ensure we do not miss any context.
It's extremely unlikely since you've put the report up, but for all we know there could've been some prior interaction which would've made these actions okay and we wouldn't want to run the risk of a false ban. (I'm sure you'd appreciate this if it was the other way around).
