Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was in a ride along in a RU, a guy started ramming cars and trying to run people over. They broke down in the middle of the road and tried to punch me so I got my baton out and wacked them. Name of the video is because I want to use it for ODP after this is cleared.

Good afternoon @Corner Wookie, thank you for making this report!

With the help of another staff member they have managed to identify the player which you have reported here.
It is extremely clear by the footage provided by you that once the player had been hit by yourself he had decided to combat log from the situation without attempting to make anyone aware OOC or return to the server.
