Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were just going on a normal patrol when we pulled up to a situation around Pillbox, going down the road from Pillbox we got followed by a stolen unmarked police vehicle and other 2 black ones, we kept rolling down the road to coordinate with other units and as they kept on following us I thought they want to bait for a pursuit so I was going to give them that however, they used the stolen police car to potentially rob/kidnap an ARV with 3 up firearms officers. after trying to box us I attempted to drive off and suddenly "out of the car, hands up, don't panic" which led to us getting sprayed at and killing one of us then following us to MRPS and finishing us up over there.

We wished to rob you, thats why we boxed you in, we pulled guns out to hold you up, police tried to drive away and though 3-4 feds could take on 8-9 armed men, you did exactly all the stuff we asked you to not do, dont drive dont panic, you drove and panicked so unfortunate case for you but you decided the outcome the second you tried to drive away away from a group double your size. dont see how any of this is random or baiting? 

 
This was Ballas members. 

We had intentions to rob police, as they keep pushing our turf and messing with us in character. We already successfully robbed police earlier in the day before this incident. 

If you complied, I think the situation would have been more enjoyable for both sides. Instead, you failed to do so and there was 4 cars surrounding you with firearms.

 
@ShadowDirectorif u look closely my wheels started spinning even before they pulled out guns and by the time they were getting out of their cars. no guns were pointed at me when the wheels span.

My next question, so it was 1 second before you turned the wheel. You were boxed in and still had to manoeuvre your way out of that one. Why didn't you choose to comply? I want to fully understand your thought process here

@ShadowDirectorI've seen the box and u can see me checking my surroundings, we were warned daily about robberies on Firearms officers and always to stay more double-crewed or triple-crewed. You see in the one second you mentioned my wheels started moving knowing that something was wrong and I wasn't under any threat "Until" the car started moving and suddenly 3 words came out from them that took less than a second for them to open fire or say anything. If I was initially at gunpoint and my vehicle was already stopped I would've of course valued my life and stood still. The main point is the vehicle moved before the guns were aimed, I don't see why I wasn't supposed to move under no straight threat to my life?.

 
You weren't necessarily wrong here was just trying to see what your thought process was, now onto the report.

I don't see any rule breaks here you can see from the start that they were indeed trying to set you up for something you chose to go there and investigate what they were doing instead of fleeing and waiting for backup, you took that chance and it didn't end in your favour. 

That being said, I will be denying this report.
