Please (in detail) describe the incident: Footage shows me driving to Paleto on blues due to a damaged vehicle and needing fuel. After repairing at PPS, i drive to Paleto Fuel when i am appraoched by a motorbike that i have not previously come across.
Bike pulls up alongside me and points a shotgun at me and starts making demands which i comply with.
The person then says "5 cops are going to die a day until i get my stuff back". I have absolutely no idea what this means and despite complying with demands, he proceeds to shoot me.
There is no quality beghind this RP. I do not know who this person is (dont recoignise voice, name, bike, clothing), why they have issue with Police and no idea why he has targetted me in Paleto.
Its simply just that if this is not RDM, we are allowing people just to shoot any cop they see despite who the cop is, what they are doing and where.

I was seeking retribution after a police raid on my property. I wanted to rob you, which is why I gave you the demands. You can hear me urging you not to push your panic button in the video you've provided, but you decide to ignore me. I continue by requesting that you provide your warrant card, but once more you ignore. This gradually leads you to believe that drinking a smoothie while a shotgun is pointing at you is appropriate. As you disregarded and stalled when I tried to roleplay, I think this was NVL on your behalf.

Thats good to know. If only i was using my mind reading powers then this whole thing could have been avoided!

In all seriousness though, I dont accept that. Thats like me saying "im going to stop search every gang member regardless of who, what and where they are until i find a combat SMG". Your "retribution" is not a reason to gun down every cop you see.

I wanted to rob you, which is why I gave you the demands.

At no point did you show the intent to rob me. This is clearly an after thought as a way to get out of this report. You even say in the video that your going to kill 5 cops. So if you were planning on robbing, why didnt you get off your bike and rob me. You only made me drop weapons, rather than items that would have been valuable to you in a robbery.

I pressed the panic as soon as i saw the gun. This is a split second before you say not too. There is a delay in the dispatch coming though.

I dont ignore you. Your an absolute mess. Its called delaying, i was aware units were coming and theres nothing in the rules to say i cant delay for them. Actually, id argue that this gave more RP rather than your near "hand up or die" rp you gave.

Please see the video where i clearly show you my warrant card. If you make lots of unclear demands, expect a slow reaction to them being followed.

In the video i clearly say "i need a smoothie or im going to go down". Everyone knows the smoothie animation and if you bothered to get off the bike and properly rob me, youd know i had no weapons on me and therefore was no threat. But as clearly your intention was to stay on the bike and just kill me, you shot me.

As decided on recent NVL reports, NVL requires the person to be put at a clear disadvantage. Drinking and smoothie and telling you thats what i was doing does not put you at a clear disadvantage. If anything, its valuing my life as i didnt want to go down and end your alleged "robbery" RP.

Hello all,

Hope you're all well.

I am failing to see the argument for RDM. The person on the bike clearly has some Roleplay Arch incoming about the hatred of the police due to him being raided. He has found yourself @Harry Catraza lone police officer at a petrol station in Paleto and decided to Roleplay with you. He gave you a pretty clear demand to not panic, yet you did. However, not sure if he knew you did this or not.

Throughout this engagement with the criminal, there was a lot of back and forth probably not wise to do when he has a shotgun aimed at you. Nevertheless, you began dropping items at his demands but asked for your name, and to show your warrant card which you gave the name 'Joel' and most likely dropped the warrant card because you lied about it.

Picked the warrant card back up eventually after being asked to do so. In my books, you've lied to this guy aiming a firearm at you and he already has this sort of hatred towards the LSPS. Maybe not you, but the faction as a whole.

The officer gave a lot of lip towards a guy holding a shotgun at him, which kind of sealed your death anyway.
