Please (in detail) describe the incident: Some guy was getting chased by changaloas for previously trying to stab a member of changaloas without valid RP then the guy in the white BMW rear ended me (Azz). Azz drove up next to him and said what are you doing and then repaired his car. With out a word this guy from the white bmw ran at Azz with a knife and tried to stab him. Azz then shot him resulting in the guys death.

When he was taken up a hill the changaloas spoke to him about trying to stab them and they reply was they just did it.

So far this isn't looking like RDM.
Lack of words yes but there was prior roleplay I'm not seeing.​

Thanks for the report, for player reports such as RDM we do require footage which shows 3-5 minutes prior to the reported situation so we can look into it correctly. 
As you can only provide a 41 second clip for this report, there is an extremely high chance I will be missing a huge amount of context and if I was to action anything on this it would be unfair.
