Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and my friend were at the impound, where we saw a guy with a gun. We first didn't do anything to him but then decided we should rob him. We chased him down for a while, and as seen in the clip, me and my friend in the car broke off to refuel. During this time the persons car broke down and our other friend who was chasing him on a bike was able to down him. Shortly after this, before we arrived, the person left the game. We waited a little bit to see if he would join back. Logs should show ID 153 killing the person, followed by that person then leaving. My friend didn't have any clipping software on and didn't get the ID of the guy.

Sadly, our logs does not show anyone killed by ID 153 matching the timestamps in question. Without further evidence, I am unable to action this report any other way than by declining it.

Word of advise, if your friend is available, it is strongly encouraged to run some form of recording software while playing!
