Please (in detail) describe the incident: On 05/11/23 @ 2303 I had to pop my head and reconnect due to being bugged (unable to fire any weapons). This was when responding to an active situation.
On reconnecting, I was on Los Santos Freeway and was attempting to commandeer a local vehicle to use in this situation.
Whilst I was in the middle of the freeway, I had a near miss with a taxi, who stopped to check if I was ok.
I then decided to stand off the road and onto the sand to ensure my safety from passing vehicles.
Whilst off the road, I could see a vehicle approaching me at speed, where I then proceeded to run up onto the rocks.
The vehicle then purposely steered off the road, onto the rocks and knocked me over.
The vehicle then turned to go back onto the road and continued on their way.
I was unable to get session ID due to the speed that it all happened.
There was absolutely no reason for this, and prior to disconnecting, I had no contact with any other persons, I was merely responding to an incident.
Attempted to discuss in OOC, but no response. Waited in Discord for a while with no one joining.
