Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was on duty, we had reports on going that a male with a shirt on a motorbike was shooting people at random, I previously before the video bumped into the guy and I was shot by him without any RP after this we started to look for the guy, we spotted him at MRPS he then put a shirt on, my partner had him at gun point and he pulled a gun on him and he was opened fire on and was downed, he then just combat logged and didn't return returned
