Please (in detail) describe the incident: Someone started shooting Charles Drippage from 229, unsure why but when i arrived the guy was shot then combat logged once he was placed into the car, we stayed at the place he combat logged for 2 mins and he did not come back.

Charles Drippage killed the man before he combat logged
