the clip is long sorry, but the incident happened at 1.47 and his ID is shown at 2.05

Report Summary:

It is clear from the video you've provided that the person in question did in fact say such a word as he thought no one was in VOIP range. Considering there was no one else in the vicinity and the direction was precisely where he was sat. Language such as this is obviously banned under C1.2 on our servers and considering the nature of the report, I'm happy to push it now.
