Please (in detail) describe the incident: 2 people have been trying to scam people pretending to sell weapons. They tried to scam and kill my friend and fellow gang member Carlos. I called him pretending to want to buy weapons and met him at the oil fields. When I got there I got out and tried to take them hostage with my group of gang members with me. They fought back so we killed them both after they tried killing us. When we killed them one of them instantly left the server to stop us taking him. We do not have his ID, however, we have the ID of his friend that he has been working with. His friend's ID (who roleplayed with us after we injured him) is 281. Hopefully you are able to work/find out who this combat logger is as it ruined the whole interaction.

Hello, before continuing with this report, I'd just like to clarify on a section from the wiki:

No I don't have 3-5 minutes of footage before hand. I seen this, however, him combat logging is a blatant rule break and I assumed this would be sufficient. 

Is there further evidence you need that he left the server after we downed him?

I understand this can appear a blatant rulebreak, however, without the proper context it is impossible to get a full picture as to what occurred, which is why we ask for 3-5 minutes. Furthermore, while we do have increased powers as Staff, we are not magicians. You cannot expect us to find someone without any form of character ID and only going of the ID of someone else present. Without proper proof, we are unable to assist you on this occasion.
