Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was driving up to Paleto dodgy as I heard over radio that we had managed to grab a grove street gangster, I was far behind due to only just logging on due to being busy prior to the storm. As you can see in the clip, I reach the final bridge to enter Paleto where I am RANDOMLY struck by a red car driven by a blacked out player, now at this point no fight has begun between grove and mara so it would be complete VDM to attack me especially as they have no colours on and didn't even try and initiate some form of roleplay. Staff may know that war rules between us were scrapped last night due to grove killing us out of colours constantly so there is no excuse. I questioned the person in OOC to which they responded something along the lines of "that's not rdm we are fighting mara", not word for word but you get the point, they obviously saw nothing wrong with what they did so I didn't bother entertaining it any further and have decided to put this report up which I would rather not do in most situations as I am not an OOC warrior and can understand that people make mistakes.

1st : You had 2 grove hostage or downed and bringing them to dodgy which could probably be proven in your clips or by logs and i could probably prove it aswell.

2nd : They got taken in front of me and they called it out on radio i am not gonna go and say hello just so i can shoot you when i know you downed my members and have kidnap them like what logic is that.

3rd : I am not gonna go and go back to my house or turf on such a rushed situation just so i could protect my gang members when that chance is gonna be gonne not mutch else to say really.

4th : RDM is random deathmatch there was nothing random you shot and killed 2 members to witch we were all aware you should be on edge about everything/everyone on your surrounding also would like to say you guys saw me next to the marina where you guys shot Lilly and Tommo. 

5th : If we go by that logic you RDMed everyone blacked out in paleto.

Lets see it in another light would you reallisticly go change your clothes to be able to go save your friend as an RP standpoint ?
As a member of a gang if your members got shot would you go and have a conversation with them when they literaly kidnapped/shot 2 of yous ?

It feels more like this report is a "Get words" kinda report where i might aswell be playing Arma 3 and saying hands up or die than doing the logical thing in RP after 2 of my guys get shot/kidnapped and taken to dodgy.

Anyway lets not go back and fourth and make this report a pain to read for staff.

Appreciate your quick replies but you haven't changed my opinion and in all honesty your gang recently has given extremely poor rp and have constantly RDM'd us which has somewhat ruined the war for several of us just trying to have fun. I feel this is the only way to make you understand you're in the wrong and make your gang chill on the instant spliffings and provide some quality RP which in the end is what we're all here for.

They weren't in colours mate maybe because they got caught off guard so i can't help my mates if they caught of guard and i see you go up the highway, also could you please drop the attitude i have been nothing but repectfull in this report but you keep sending remarks for some reason, you are not your character remember that. Also as an extra the SVR you shot there was still another person inside it that you didn't kill so yes we were aware the entire time.

I understand your point of view but in my opinion that is more like a miscomunication issue from your gang's side because you guys knew you had grove members to which i think was omizz apparently screamed "Its LILY ITS LILLY" it was a continuation from a situation that we were all trying to respond to but didn't get there in time thats why we fought in paleto to try and save them i just don't see how that isn't enough roleplay to try and save members of our gang that got downed and injured. It was an unprepared push with like 8 people if we were really prepared it would have been diffrent obviously but at the end of the day why would i let people form my gang die when i am aware of whereabouts they are going, whereabouts they are going and the fact one of us was still in the same car as the people that went down when Lilly and Tommo both went down.
