What best describes this incident: C2.2 - Exploiting
Please (in detail) describe the incident: As requested by staff, I've posted this report since I believe a rule was broken. Cutlass member "Lewis Cloud" was shot while throwing a flash bang during a push on the Cypress Tower on 28/07/24 . Lewis had no idea he had been gunned down by a Cypress member "ghostpeeking". A clear exploit, as they have an unfair advantage shooting around a wall without being seen.

If I had the evidence sooner, I would have posted, but thankfully Cypress included their point of view in a recent frag montage highlighting the rule break.

I asked the leader of Cypress "Jeep" whether he could identify the shooter but to no success.

The person in the clip you're referring to is @Danny McLovin (wich i think you already know).

It's a simple right-hand peak, he clearly exposes himself to take the shot and then falls back into cover. Not to mention, there is (and has been for a long while now) an anti-ghost peak script on the server making it impossible to perform this exploit. Regardless, the footage speaks for itself...

For whatever staff member that is dealing with this, This might seem like a silly report but I believe it is much more than that. Please have a read through ticket #2760-cypress-cutlass for the full context but in my eyes, this is a blatant revenge report following the outcome of said ticket and an attempt to bully an ex-member of kash's group out of the community.

Good evening all,

Ghost peeking was made impossible through the script made by the dev team. Further from this;

You can see the tracer of the round that hits the other player go past the corner of the wall, not through it. I can understand your reasoning for evaluating it, it is close to the wall so it could give off the appearance of ghost-peeking, but it was not ghost-peeking. It's just a very tight peek on the corner.

As for Lewis's perspective (which we don't have), it could've been de-sync or anything else, without that footage we'll never know what he saw to explain it but regardless, no ghost-peeking happened.

That being said;

Report Declined - No Action Taken
