Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was standing at hardwick looking at cars when I heard on radio that we (Hustlers) were fighting on cutlass turf. I was not prepared for a fight so I spent some time getting a gun at my house and going to impound to get my car.

While getting ready I heard on radio that my fellow gang members couldn't find another member that had been shot, and we believed he had been put in a car. Because of this we all headed up to sandy to see if we can catch who ever took him at a dodgy doctor.

After we checked all spots known to us, one member went up to paleto to check a spot he knew. We then decided to have a look for dodgys in the city but as I dont know of many locations I called Zino (Hustler member) who had gone to paleto to see if he knew of any to which he says “mara maybe”.

I then ask on radio if anyone knows where it is to which Jonny (Hustler Member) describes the location as “Cove” which I recognized and started driving there . As I approached the cave entrance I spotted a black sultan and two dark figures. Because of this I called out on radio “theres people here”.

After seeing the two people, I parked my car behind a rock to go and speak on foot, as I could not identify who they were. When I got out of the car I was shot and killed immediately with no words said. I was told in QE this was because I had a gun out.

I believe this breaks rule (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) as I had no high quality roleplay before being shot.

I was not wearing identifiable Hustler clothing and I was not at the situation on cutlass turf. There was nothing to indicate that if I approached I would be shot, as no words were said by either me or the people at cove.

I was the one that killed you in this situation.

Unsurprisingly your entire gang knew exactly where we were after not being followed and taking your member to the dodgy doctor. I'm assuming this has something to do with joining your discord call and checking the screens you, and I can only assume others, were sharing as can be heard from 2:40 onwards in the clip that you have provided.

You say that you checked dodgy doctors but yet your members were so adamant that we were there?

There was nothing random about this. After a fight with your members, one of your own was grabbed and taken to the dodgy doctor, somehow the rest of you were aware that we had taken him there and you pulled up gun-in-hand with your gang on the way to try and retrieve him.

If you wanted to approach and find out who we were, why would you remove yourself from your bulletproof car (one which we have fought you in multiple times) and run directly at where we have one of your members ziptied while having your gun out?

I believe you've tried to spin the narrative in this report and are trying to find any reason to have us banned in revenge.

Also may I ask why you have removed your audio from this clip?

I was not in a discord call with anybody on the server. I was streaming to my friend Jay, and the person joining the call you hear is JP. While both hustlers, neither of these were on the server at the time. Logs can confirm this.

I also have clips from the 10-15 minutes before this phonecall, where we are up north searching for the dodgy locations.

After checking all the spots I knew of up north, I thought to check if there were any dodgy doctor location in the city. I didn't know of any myself so called Zino to ask if he knew any.

Zino suggested marabunta, and when I asked on radio about a dodgy doctor at mara the other members knew where this was - at Cove.

Cove was the last place we searched, of course, because this is where Darren was.

I have recently reinstalled my operating system and have not configured my microphone input to medal as yet.

So, with the above in mind, can you please clarify why you shot at me without so much as a word said?

You wouldn't have known where your boy was initially as he was in a boot to prevent this metagaming that has become clear through your clips. I see you check one dodgy location and unlike when you turned up to cove, you didn't pull your gun out ready for conflict. Though you did this at the dodgy doctor at Cove.

Your clips line up with your member being taken out of the boot and suddenly the search stops up north and you all turn around and head to Cove.

There was a fight after your member pulled a gun and aimed it at one of our people on our turf and afterward he was taken to the dodgy doctor. You as a continuation of this are looking for him to try and retrieve him, as you keep pulling your gun out in the clips, it is evident that you are expecting hostility or planning it at the very least otherwise why would you go and arm yourself with a firearm?

You pull up to the dodgy doctor where we have your member ziptied. You then exit the vehicle, without trying to identify us from the safety of your bulletproof car, pull out your gun and start running directly towards us and your ziptied member. This is where I note you are driving a black jester that you have previously fought us in multiple times, have a firearm drawn and are approaching (from your perspective as you claim) a group of individuals at a dodgy doctor that could potentially be us or at the very least a dangerous situation as you already know this is a dodgy doctor location.

You could have scouted out the area, you could have not alerted us to your presence by driving down in a car that you have previously fought us in, you could have approached without your firearm drawn and the situation would have turned out differently and yet you failed to do any of these things and instead alerted your gang that we were there, decamped and ran head-first towards the group with your gun out.

This is the reason that you were shot.

So, with the above in mind, can you please answer what you would have done had you identified it was cutlass members with a fellow hustler in zipties?
