Please (in detail) describe the incident: After a shootout with mara, 2 mara members were taken to pillbox by locals by a medic, though there were others who were downed. We then went to pillbox to take them hostage and rob them. While there, we got one in zipties with no issue, then another person woke up. Like the other, we checked what the guy had to see if he was involved. The guy had a micro SMG, so we assumed he was involved and told him to put his hands up to ziptie him. As soon as he got up and saw our weapons, he got on his phone. We told him to get off and but his hands up, which he done after a little while. The normal animation of being on the phone didn't show as was still getting out of the bed. While on his phone we assumed he messaged his boys to come. He then jumped of the bed while being surrounded by 4 people and having a machete to him, he chased him through pillbox, where he was given ample opportunity to put his hands up and comply. Eventually we decided it was easier to shoot him and dodgy him, as we wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. He was shot by ID 30, which could be checked through logs. Soon after a number of 229 members came to pillbox and started questioning us. I was hit by a machete, and then one of us started getting run down. Shots were fired and when I saw one of us downed, so I began shooting at them. I was downed and taken into pillbox by police. I wasn't able to resolve this as I didn't have the persons ID.

Hello Pablo, Now I must be honest I was a bit shocked when I saw this report, seeing as yesterday I sat in discord with a member of your gang and discussed this precise situation where the conclusions were that no rule had been breached, yet you decide to over 12 hours later put up a report?

Now I'd like to add some context to my conclusion to this report and I shall do so here, yesterday we obviously had the situation described in this report, which evidently lead to some of your members being shot and taken away by members of 229, now these members were found out to be Vagos, a gang that we have had many run-ins with prior where it has seemed as one gang trying to poke on the bigger bears to show their presence and I assume try to make themselves among the more feared part of RPUK's gang life, evidently this has been of no success. Nevertheless, the situation yesterday was for us in 229 the final straw as we had a thorough conversation with members of Vagos including it's leader about the members within said gang acting out of line one time to many, to which the conclusion was that you would have one final chance to prove that it has simply been a set of mistakes and not just members of the Vagos seeking out trouble with other gangs, now yesterday this situation proved to the members of 229 that it wasn't just some petty mistakes.

Due to this the night was spent trying to seek out members of the Vagos to rob them of their assets as a demand from our side of things were not/had not been met; you were one of those people. This continued throughout a major part of last night leaving Vagos in a I would say pretty hurt state as it lead to it's members not daring to show themselves around in colour (which is understandable with the circumstances).

Now everything that happened yesterday was done so without any interactions that had to lead to OOC due to it having a proper RP buildup that then escalated into actions having to be taken.

And only after all of this has happened I find you putting up a report, for a matter that's already been resolved? How is this to be looked upon any other way than a revenge report due to the loss you and other members within the Vagos shared yesterday? The way I see it this report was put up due to yourself and possibly other members not being satisfied with how things played out within RP, which was a matter caused by your own hands as well.

I will be happy to answer this situation as well if a staff member asks me to.

The reason for the late upload of the report was due to the fact I wanted to check with everyone involved that my explaination of the event was accurate. You claim I made the report due to the fact that last night 229 were hunting Vagos. This is untrue, though it was a direct result of your actions, which shouldn't have happened in the first place if you didn't break the rules. However I do not have a problem with what happened yesterday and the events of last night have no link to this report. The simple fact of the matter is that you clearly broke a rule, which is why I have created a report.

I wasn't able to call you to ooc as I didn't have your train ticket and didn't know who you were at the time.

I believe the evidence is clear and inexcusable. You were surrounded by 4 people, with a knife pointed at you throughout the whole situation and a number of others in the building, yet you decided to go on your phone to inform your boys to come despite being told not to and then ran away while circled.

I will leave it for satff to decide.

 
So when I got up from the hospital, I saw there was a lot of people in the room, however nothing showing that they were part of each other.

When I stood up there was TWO people holding a knife to me, one of the people walks around the bed and faces away, whilst you are searching my pockets is when I decided to leap.

At the time I only had 1 machete drawn and you were distracted searching my pockets, after I started running I noticed the amount of people that were involved, however nothing previous had happened to denote their involvement in the robbery or ‘finding out who I was’.

Now this lead me to flee from the hospital, with people chasing me. When I got out into the lobby, I was punched into a wall which lead myself to become stuck and tumble over and over again, delaying my get away.

The reason I jumped in the first place was due to there only being one machete to me at the time and the other person being distracted.

Now the RP provided during this situation was not the best, with repeated ‘shank him shank him shank him’ being the highlight.

I for one believe this is a revenge report due to the fact I survived and was able to inform my gang, however the information was already passed on before over the phone and the situation would have happened regardless.
